NTC and NMC should be null and void when the player fails to live up to expectations.
If you can earn it.. you can unearn it
who’s going to be the arbitrator to decide who lives up to it and who doesn’t?
NTC and NMC should be null and void when the player fails to live up to expectations.

I hope you realize that makes absolutely no sense at all.NTC and NMC should be null and void when the player fails to live up to expectations.

No and that's a great point.Has anyone asked why Armstrong didn't bother to check with Krug to waive his NTC before the 11th hour?

Why upset a player about a trade if you're not even sure both teams can agree to a trade?
This whole entire thing from the start to where we are at now which is a holding pattern where nobody really knows exactly what the F is going on has been massively dumb. Why do we know all of the details when there's no trade happening?
This is so dumb
Because we are in an unfolding haplessness situation with the GM, this is the best that he can doWhy in the hell would the Blues want to add just Hayes lol?
Has anyone asked why Armstrong didn't bother to check with Krug to waive his NTC before the 11th hour?
This is the exact reason why you don’t leak things before they’re done.Has anyone asked why Armstrong didn't bother to check with Krug to waive his NTC before the 11th hour?
If Sanhiem isn’t part of the deal, then I want no part of it. He would be a great add for a retool on the defense, Hayes alone makes zero sense.
I doubt the return would still be a late first in a year or two. Id prefer to just draftIf its a hayes @ 50% for a late round pick, then why not? We need a Middle 6 C. We can keep him for a year or two and flip him with more retention at a deadline to recoup whatever asset we gave up + more. I don't mind it as long as he is cheap.
If we are still givng up one of our top 4 prospects or a 1st...then we riot.
This is the exact reason why you don’t leak things before they’re done.
Armstrong has said in interviews in the past that he puts the deal together first and then talks to the player about waiving. It's different if a player asks for a trade, like Tarasenko did. But Armstrong wants the deal in place before going to the player if the player isn't expecting it.
He didn't give a reason, as far as I remember. But it seems obvious, there is no point talking to the player if a deal never emmerges. That's just a way to create unneccesssary bad blood.
Is the sky blue?Do Blues fans want to get rid of Krug?
I live in the exosphere so the answer is no.Is the sky blue?
Do Blues fans want to get rid of Krug?
I wonder if there could be mutual interest between Krug and Carolina?
Flyers include both Deangelo and Sanheim to the Blues. Flyers then instead retain on Krug sending him to Carolina
