When the season started none of us thought much of this team. They showed some fun and excitement and we started thinking that this team might surprise. In reality this is a bottom 10 team. Let’s continue the rebuild.

True it was evident even then the team didn't have the horses to sustain a .600 pace. I'm just waiting for the point where MB goes on NHL.com highlights league and then pts. Hits that little invert tab and finds our destination.

Poehling and Olofsson, noted NHL talents of course
Anyone that’s not in the NHL is projected talent....you base this on how they perform and produce at the junior levels and based on that, I see them slitting accordingly (if we had Cozens of course)

In many ways Domi's unsustainable hot streak masked the offense problems we all knew this team would have.

Webers return mainly looks like it might improve GAA but likely not outcomes.

Players reverting to normal output and this team will struggle to score 2 most nights

At least defence looked better. Reilly was good tonight. Petry made a mistake on that 1st play but other than that, pretty good hockey by the whole top 6. Sharks were/are just a much better team.
