Player Discussion Kaiden Guhle

I so agree...can NOT move him
just every time a player is rumored , if that player has injuries he is a no go made of glass
get tired of the glass term to be honest
It's complete BS.
Rookie year Barkov falls on him that was his fault he's made of glass.

Last season he's made of glass because Kucherov cheap shots him from behind and he loses 12 games.
The worst part being somehow the consensus was it was his fault
.
Now it's a rut in the ice and that's obviously his fault also.
You don't play the warrior style of game Guhle gives us every night if you are made of glass.

Whatever the truth is, the Canadiens re-called the much and unjustifiably maligned Struble this morning.
"re-called the much and unjustifiably maligned"

Let's be honest he has not performed like a competent NHL Dman this entire season. Whatever criticism he receives is based on his less than effective play all season.

That's just awful. I mean, he did miss 56 games in 3 years.....and I think you could have an argument as to how solid he is...but that one is just pure bad luck.

That's even worse than any knee tear. He's done for the year. Hopefully this isn't a career ender like Landeskog.
I don't know much about muscle tears in hockey but in soccer some players ended up re-injuring the same quadricep over and over and over.

Grim news. I guess the rebuild isn't over until we can absorb these hits.

They didn't say gone for the season and he is already released from the hospital so who knows. 6 weeks is my guess.
I think it's a pretty safe bet he's done for the season. 6 weeks is probably best case scenario assuming it wasn't too severe and rehab goes perfectly. But even in that scenario I don't see management wanting to risk reinjury late into the season(assuming we're out of the race at that point).

Id like to see the teams current iron man list , Suzuki is obviously at the top but who is after that??

edit Suzuki 423 games
Evans 143
Caufield 132
Armia 106

Old beard Burns is at the top with 894 games

What terrible news! Let's hope this is not a career limiting injury. Feel terrible for Kaden. He's made great strides again this season imo.

Probably Monty when he was playing back-to-back-to-back-to-back....lol
