Seriously, Guhle is an accident that happens every dozen games or so…. He’s not at the Gallagher getting his hands broken for standing in front of the net category yet, but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a player constantly seem to come off the ice with what appears to be a genuine serious injury as often as Guhle.

I was getting used to him appearing hurt but being fine lately. An extended absence will shatter a ton of whatever faith I have left in his ability to be available.

I love you Guhle, but you are truly the glass man.

Get some mass on that f***ing frame. I prefer you being a bit slower than holding my breath everytime you take a hit, give a hit or fall down.

😡

I'M surprise Suzuki survive for so long with out any injury. We can stay away from it in the last 4 years.
This is why I keep saying we desperately need another impact center.

Can you imagine if we lost Suzuki for any extended amount of time?

Hope this quote comes true. Caching a rut is such an unfortunate incident that can lead to brutal consequences. Two years ago I hit one and partially tore my meniscus. Get well soon KG
That's probably the worst case scenario here but the fact he skated underneath his own power leads me to believe it's probably NOT that serious.

Either way, hope for the best.

So do the Habs move him when he is healthy?

many on this board always claim if a guy is made of glass, they should be moved.
I say no, but hey I have been called out on the glass moto before.

Pretty sure it was a cut, he would not have rushed off with a sprain. So unless he drinks his “titanium skin +2 magic potion” his injury has little to do with anything but bad luck.

He did fall by himself though.

Yet people want to re-sign Jake Evans
I'm not saying they need to re-sign Evans, but this statement is irrelevant. Re-signing Evans has nothing to do with needing or acquiring another impact forward for the top-6. If Evans were re-signed as the #2C of the future, it would be another thing.

Your statement is just spiteful vitriol.

I'm not sure about having a D on their weak side on all 3 pairings. Maybe bump Arber up to play with Carrier. They could also call up someone like Mailloux.
Screw that. The best all-around D in Laval is Engstrom right now. He's also a natural lefty, even if he can play on the right side as well.

Bump up Arber, as you say, but give Engstrom a taste of the NHL alongside Savard on a 3rd pairing:

Hutson - Matheson
Xhekaj - Carrier
Engstrom - Savard
Struble

I think if it was a cut someone would've said something by now

I think he just landed on his leg weirdly and twisted something, hopefully not that bad and we know soonn

Ridiculous
They just signed him to a 6 year deal
He ain't going anywhere
Shit happens sometimes

Hopefully it's more of a sprain than total ligament tear..

The real issue is if Guhle did blow the knee, it might make them re-sign Matheson, which is a complete disaster waiting to happen....
