I have phenomenal wrists. The best wrists you'd ever see. My wrist shot was one of the greatest.Any wrist doctors and physical therapists specializing in wrists in the house?

Uhh the left wrist is the most important one for a left shot that’s why typically people who shoot with their dominant hand on the bottom have harder shots, but people who have their dominant hand on top (which is recommended) have better hands. All the flex you’re putting into the shot comes from your left side, and the flick on a snapper is all left wristIt's his left wrist. His shot is bad for many reasons.... the left wrist isn't one of them
I'm a lefty shot. I play the opposite way of most Vancouverites, most people here shoot with their dominant hand on bottom. (Righties shoot right) How does it come from your top hand? I don’t get how they even makes sense in terms of physics lol. Watch me shoot and tell me does it look like it’s coming from my top or bottom? Maybe it's different in Vancouver
Still think it's mostly to do with his stick length. There's a 'goldy-lox' zone for torque/leverage in shooting. Too short and it gets awkward. Too long and it gets awkward. See Nash, Zucc and now Kakko.

I'm worried it's myocarditis/pericarditis after a booster shot. From warmups to week - to - week to operation? And no further word? Evil.
Do you mean where is it or what’s it made out of? Lol it’s called either Mundy Park or Hickey Street Reservoir, idk some people call it one and some the other hahah. It’s just shitty pavement lacrosse box kinda thing. There are lots of them here. Other parts of Canada have nicer ones with dek tiles but none here. I have a bunch of dek tiles in my driveway to practise on though. The leagues I play in one is a tile rink and the other is in ice rinks when the ice comes out for spring/summer. Much nicer smooth pavement, barely any more wear on your stick than on ice. I play in some very competitive leagues with guys who played for team Canada and such, Jake Virtanen and his brother play there too. What is that court?
Also since @EdJovanovski loves his ball hockey videos, here’s my 35 year old, haven’t played more than a handful of pick up games in years, dramatically out of hockey shape ass pretending to still have it.
Hahah your shot still has more zip on it than Kakko’s I really want to do an HFNYR hockey game meetup one day but my post on it didn’t get any traction lol. When I’m back playing I’ll get some footage of me on ice, I’ll try pulling off a Michigan my first game back. I’m pretty good at stick tricks. My knee is still bothering me but I hope I’m back soon, I’ll try a Michigan in ball hockey too. Absolutely impossible to do but I attempted it once at one of those hockey guy meetups and I actually managed to scoop the ball on my blade and manage to complete it but didn’t score lol everyone was like OHHHHHH. I’ll pull it off eventually
It’s honestly way easier than it looks, it’s so ridiculously hard in NHL 22. I’ve never even seen someone attempt it while playing online because it’s so difficult. I find it easiest to do on my backhand, sometimes on my forehand I’ll screw up and not get it on my stick but on my backhand I do practically every time, very easy. Even doing it one handed on your backhand isn’t very difficult and i do it a lot in warmups. You could do a Michigan with a ball with zero pressure, but with limited time it’s harder since the ball rolls. It’s actually really easy to do “lacrosse” tricks with the puck once you learn to scoop it. Getting it to stick to your blade coming off the ice is the hardest part to master, getting it to stay once it’s there is pretty easy. I’m sure you know what I mean. My wrist shot used to be unreal. Genuinely, it was undoubtedly better than some guys in the show. Everything else, save maybe my top gear, plus being 5’10… good-to-average for college, at best. Now I feel like it’s a muffin, even though it still has a little pep. I’m sure I could get the shot back to par, but I doubt I’ll ever have the legs I had in my 20s. I need to get back on the ice. Should really make it a priority.
@EdJovanovski Yes to both (right dominant bottom). I actually wore 96 for a while when I was really young, then 21 until college (Forsberg) but it was taken so I switched to 24 for Callahan. Then I transferred schools and 24 was taken so I wore 74 because it looked like 24 when I tucked it, and that kind of became my favorite just for being more unique. But I use 24 or 74 for everything now.

and oooh 74, honoring Kravtsov I see
finally we know. get well KK.
Kaapo Kakko: *breaks wrist*
HFNYR: I suspect he has sustained a major cardiac event and has merely weeks, if not days, left to live

edit: just saw the pics you added, why number 24? Callahan? And are you right hand dominant and shoot right? I wear number 96
