OV also lost a season and a half to lock outs. Gretz lost half a year, but it was towards the end of his career where as OV lost what should have been his rookie season and half of his age 27 season.

He's the GOAT goal scorer.

Indeed. Eras make big differences therefore you can't compare as easily with guys from an era like the 80's. The game itself has evolved and set new standard hights and not just a little.

lol I'm watching interviews with him and I'm thinking "18 year old kid first time to NYC how can he not be overwhelmed with the city" and they're asking them stuff like "so do you think you want to live here??"

NYC is a pretty intimidating place sometimes. Give the kid some time to settle in. Let him live outside the city if he wants to. Let his teammates help him find a comfort zone
