Good breakdown. People trying to shit on the top 6 right now are delusional. We need some help from ZAR, Lafferty, Kampf.

Not shitting on the top 6, I think they've been phenomenal if we're looking at the series as a whole. If we're isolating it to last game only, they weren't good enough.

I would straight up go Gustafson and Liljegren in, Giordano and Holl out. We need mobility

I'm all for taking Holl out, but you still have a liability - Gio. Putting both Gus and Lilly in would definitely be a bold move, but I don't necessarily disagree with it as Tampa just seem to have their way with the Gio-Holl pairing.

Absolutely, and that’s why Holl should be benched the next game. He’s been a decent 5-6 with a propensity for bonehead plays in the past, but this series he has been awful. Even if Lily has a few mistakes, he’ll be better if there is a game 7. In addition, Holl will probably be gone next season whereas Lily should be a top 4 for us. Give him some more playoff exposure.

Instead Holl got an insane amount of PK TOI all year. He was 6th in the entire league for PK time! And we weren’t even that great at it! Leafs finished with the 12th best PK which is good, but not elite! Certainly not good enough that you couldn’t change anything on it. Keefe seriously couldn’t find a way to distribute some of Holl’s 245:17 minutes of PK to Liljegren? He just had to drive him into the ground eh?

It’s so dumb. Just a disgusting display of favouritism and refusal to adapt. Can’t dare diminish Holl’s role on the PK, what if someone else is just as if not more effective? Then he wouldn’t have the convenient excuse that Holl is too important to the PK to take out of the lineup.

It's more than skating for Holl, it's the lack of hockey IQ that's the bigger problem...even he himself don't know who he is...all he had to do was play a simple defensive game last night or any night for that matter and he would be ok, but instead he picks the worse times to do the worse things that lead to break downs, scoring chances and goals for the opposition.

Regular season hockey yes you are correct but this is playoff hockey played 10%+ faster than regular season .. you can't make same analysis .. 2 completely different games .. Holl has a difficult time surviving in regular season hockey but it is completely impossible for him at playoff pace

Trust me, I don't wanna see another game of Holl either, I am just saying I can't see Keefe taking him out of the lineup.

It’s because Holl has been a Keefe and Dubas pet project for about 5 years now, going back to when they signed him out of the ECHL. He’s basically the poster child for Dubas’ 3 tier development system and as such they love him.

If Nylander or Sandin would have played the exact same game Holl did, Keefe would have no problem calling them out but with Holl it’s always about deflecting and reducing any accountability he has.

I don't see a scenario where Woll gets in over Sammy unless the latter gets injured and can't play.

Worst part is it’s been plain to see how bad Holl is since he joined the team, many of us have been saying for years how much he drags the team down. -3 last night, out on the ice for every Tampa goal except the empty netter with 5 seconds left.

Weirdest thing is the cult of Holl fans who all season long try to gaslight people into thinking he’s actually a good D-man and we just don’t know how to watch defence properly. He was horrible last series and he’s been putrid this series. A few good shot blocks on the PK doesn’t compensate for the never ending string of low IQ plays and terrible decisions that is otherwise his game.

Maybe this rant is a little extra but I just can’t stand watching this guy play for us. And it’s so frustrating that we could realistically lose the series because of Keefe’s mind boggling obsession with him.

TMZ and the Athletic will release Holl has pictures of Keefe naked when they used to be intimate.

Fire both these guys Dubas and you’ll be okay with the fanbase due to this Seasons deadline moves.

I want Dubas to roast Keefe and Holl, public Shame and run them outta town.
