I wouldn't mind trading JT for Erik Karlsson. If the Penguins can retain $2m then the cap space wouldn't increase for us.

Imagine Hughes, Karlsson and Petey together on the PP.

EK is totally cooked, and we’re better off giving Miller away for nothing.
Nah he's been playing better recently (he just got off to a bad start because he missed the pre-season). Also the coach is limiting his ability a lot (forcing him to play in a way he's not used to and which doesn't take advantage of his skill sets).

If it was 2016-2017 karlsson then yes but his legs are done. after that achilles heel he cant skate like he used to before.

Noooo. I've been a Karlsson defender in the past, but Father time has caught up to him.

VAN would be far better off moving JT just for cap space.

I said Miller’s frustration may have been reasonable, not that he was justified in blowing up at his coach. I communicated it crystal clear, you’ve just conflated two things. I even expressly referenced that I didn’t think anyone else (including Pettersson) was continually ignoring instructions which is why I thought Miller was benched. I didn’t think I really had to state the obvious, but based on my speculation, I definitely think Miller was in the wrong for “blowing up” at his coach. Like, who would think it’s reasonable to not be able to control your emotions and blow up at the coach. And I think the early parts about my speculation were harsh on Miller (I.e., that he was repeatedly ignoring instructions and not being able to control his emotions). None of this paints Miller in a good light.

If you read the whole post the context is clear.

Ya. That’s the whole point of my post. Pitseleh was speculating by providing his theory on events, and others joined in, and then I speculated in reply to Pitseleh. Not sure what the issue is, it was pretty clearly all speculation.

Fabricating a narrative? Give me a break. The whole thing was speculation, and it was never held out to be anything other than that. I’m literally replying to Pitseleh’s post where he/she speculates on the whole thing.
Like I said, we don't know the WHAT so without knowing that, if you are trying to come up with a WHY then you are pushing a narriative even if you claim you are not.

Considering the team nor any insider really published the WHAT, it could be anything, it could be arguing with all the teammates, literally fighting with teammates, beating up training staff, beating up JR in a bathroom and out of all the potential options, you chose him beefing with Tocchet which is fine and then you follow that up with, well if he did beef with Tocchet, he might've done it because of jealousy with Petey which is, well there are also a bunch of other potential reasons that are way more logical if he is beefing with Tocchet such as, he got sat for a game, period. But nope, you also made the conscious decision to say, well it's actually jealously that could be in play. Like I said, your actions don't follow your intentions.
If your intention is not to push a certain narrative, what you wrote certainly did.

For example. I don't believe this myself but there are some posters that can reasonably believe that you are a spineless coward that won't stand behind the posts you made and choose to write things in double speak.
See what I did there?
