He's been playing at a -4 million dollar level compared to his cap hit. His injuries and injury liability obviously play a large part in that.Norris has been excellent this year. There's no need to move him at all with the cap going up and when he, Stutzle and Pinto are in the lineup, the Sens are a legitimate threat.

That is likely whay the Sens would be looking to move on if possible without getting reamed.
If they're looking to make changes, he's offering the least of the team compared to their cap hits, along with his injury liability.
