Exactly. We need to go on a 5-6 game winning streak to then allow for "losses" to incur because we'd need a lesser win ratio to still try and make it.

We have to make up for that albatross 2-10 stretch.

It was said last week that he likely wont return this month, likely return is after the all star break.

I don’t know how I feel about people trying to tell others how to be a fan. Just because I think we have an extremely hard road to the playoffs and are much more likely to fall short doesn’t diminish or preclude me from experiencing the high of them getting in if they did. Getting told you have to be blindly optimistic in order to enjoy a teams success is just a different kind of suck.

With Zub out, and the sens pretty much out of the race baring a miracle at this point. Whats the rush? Let him come back for the lat 10 games of the season and pray for Bedard.

I mean, if he thinks he’s ready and more rehab won’t dramatically improve him, isn’t it better to try it out now?

If he gets injured again or doesn’t feel good, he’ll have more time to get surgery and be ready for training camp as opposed to if he goes through it in March/April

Yeah perhaps but I’m just worried of a worse injury as a result of this where surgery is unavoidable. Like someone mentioned, we haven’t really seen Norris in a non-contact jersey, so seems like we’re just rushing him out (possibly because it’s make or break time for our postseason chances and ergo Dorion/DJ)

They have been reassessing this whole time. He'll be fine barring another injury to the same area. In which case he's out until next season.

He wants to play.

You don't get to the NHL and get paid 8 million dollars per year without that drive.
