Did you even read the below bolded parts? Or did you see see "MacKinnon" and automatically think he meant that Mackinnon is "requisite value"?

Nobody thinks that MacKinnon and Ek are equal in terms of value. The point is that while on paper Ek is probably worth a 1st and a few throw-in players, his worth to the Wild (on ice and contract) makes that a deal that no one associated with the team would ever consider making.

It doesn’t dismiss what followed.

Whether its believable or not is a valid question. But there was that report of the Avs inquiring.

And yes he did when yeah he referred to requisite value.
The only difference between the "report" and a post on this forum is that that guy took the trouble to register a domain name. Even the TimeCube guy could manage that much.

What followed is that he said the Wild wouldn't consider making a trade for a set of assets that were requisite in value. It would have to be an overpayment.....is that really all that hard to understand?

Not defending the credibility, however someone on the Avs board noted that he was the guy who first reported Tatar to the Avs.

While knowing little about him, it seems more likely he got lucky on the Tatar thing. Or it was from the Tatar camp which doesn’t help his credibility with the Ek/Jenner thing. It’s certainly very unlikely he’s getting information from the Avs.

That site appears to post 6-10 rumors per day. This trade forum probably has a similar hit rate.

Literally any time spent wondering about whether there's a source involved here is time wasted. I've lost at least 30 seconds worth of mental energy to it, and I'll never get that back. It's just gone forever.

You have chosen to be a moderator on this website. If your so concerned about time wasted, why are you here. We’re fanatics, good bad and ugly. It’ll be discussed. Maybe you should rethink your roll here. Here to help

Wild so stupid if they trade him. Really doubt their GM would even entertain the call.
Absolutely, a closed mouth doesn’t get fed, thought I’d guage interest and as I suspected he’s locked down like fort knox

He’s a selke level machine who has a 40 goal season in him. At his cap hit his value is ridiculous.
If you'd said this at any point before this season, I'd call BS. There is a lot of season left, but yeah, he's pacing very, very well. I hope he keeps it up.

Most wild fans knew this could be part of his game because he’s flashed great skill before. He never got pp time or offensive line mates or deployments in the past though. He’s getting those opportunities now.
