Not if you're playing against him. He's good, smart and strong.
With smart I mean he's a little dirty. Not cheapshots and dangerous hits etc, but a lot of hooks, holdings, holding the stick etc in the right places when the refs don't see it(Or decides to look away because he plays in Färjestad... SHLs and the refs lovechild).
I havn't seen him dive but he sell stuff pretty hard for sure. For example if a stick is close to his face he might pretend it hit him, or if it's a glove etc
A pain in the ass I would say. Someone I think you will specially enjoy when playoffs is around
Thanks for the updates, guys!
Love hearing JEE's becoming somewhat of a pest.
Yeah hearing that one of our guys is someone other teams dislike because of skill, is refreshing. We haven't really had that "get under your skin" type of player here for a while. I feel things, lots of things.. I get giddy when I read these posts. Thanks for the updates, and banter back and forth.. its fun to see state side!

Good game as usual by Ek but unfortunately Färjestad lost their first quarterfinal game. He's the forward that Färjestad leans on right now. Tonight his TOI was 20:20, most of all forwards. His TOI average in the playoff so far is 20:59. The forward next in line in Färjestad plays 17:47. I'd say it's pretty impressive that the coaches put so much faith in a 20-year old during the playoffs.
Eriksson-Ek was about to be tackled by ex Islanders prospect David Ullström.
He side stepped the hit and Ullström went flying in to the boards:

Neat!
That's a trip to the chiropractor.
Jesus, that hit would have taken Eriksson-Ek's head clean off.
The golden arches on the back of the breezers kills me
