Lindberg is a good player. He will continue to develop and get better.

We still have Staal and Girardi but they are hard to move. Nash - well by all reports we were getting 50 cents on a $1.

Yeah. They should keep Nash. Hope he has a good first half. And if he does, trade him for a good young defenseman. Something like that. I like Nash but he might not be a great fit with this team. Just my sense.

With the signing of Vesey, the Rangers have 2.5m in cap space with 14 fowards, 8 defensemen and 2 goalies.

I assume they will send down Clendening and Glass, clearing another ~1.5m.

That is 4m to play with. We are not done yet. Minus one for day-to-day operations (emergency call-ups etc). Leaves 3m

I have no idea why he gets flak, Dagoon is way more accurate than any media speculation during a trade hype for any given player going to NYR.

Might be a reasonable idea to give cred to a person that actually talks to players/people within the organization while these things go down.
