Another grinding ass game for the first 2 periods. Nashville remains a defensively good team. They were able to clog up the NZ and slow down the Jets' transition, while also giving the Jets fits with their forecheck. Keep them from doing that, and it's easier to manage. Jets still need a good puck mover on the back end. Thought Stanley had a good game with Pionk, and showed a modicum of OZ awareness to cause the defense to sag from the point, which opened up DeMelo for that shot from the right faceoff circle. That PP is f***ing deadly. Good show overall. Can't wait for Samberg to get back.
