It wouldn't shock me to see him have an outstanding World Juniors
Agree. He's a big winger with good speed and quickness, and good hands. He's had a slow start this season, but that's perhaps not a surprise since he missed all of last season with an injury. But I still like his future potential as a middle 6 power forward. Now that D are unable to cross-check forwards, I expect a lot of offensive schemes are going to focus on net-front players, low-to-high puck movement, and D that can walk the line and find shot lanes. Schmidt is living off that approach so far this season (along with Dubois net-front).It wouldn't shock me to see him have an outstanding World Juniors
Chibrikov with 2 goals today, one on a breakaway and one on the PP
Chibrikov is up to 6 goals and 11 points in 11 games since moving down to the VHL this year. He's 18 years old, turns 19 in February. Last year, he had 3 goals and 8 points in 20 games in the VHL.
For comparison, Rashevsky had 12 goals and 22 points in 30 games in the VHL last year, at the age of 20.
Does anyone know where the VHL stacks up in terms of difficulty? Would I be correct in thinking it to be ECHL level?

Free at first to get you hooked. If anyone's looking to watch the KHL it seems that suddenly this website has the Canadian rights and it's free? A bit strange.
Sports
Perusing Elite Prospects and noticed Jared Moe has seemed to pull it together a bit. Is this just a change of scenery boost or is it better defence in front of him? I don’t get to watch NCAA so any insight would be good.
Chibrikov on a nice little run right now, his third multi-point game in a row in the VHL
Rashevsky:
