That no goal on Copp hurts. I feel like no one gets shafted more on those calls than the Jets. Puck was already behind his glove, such a joke.

For the record on behalf of the guy who said it's fixed if the Jets don't finish 55-1, it's fixed. And that no goal Koskinen already seemed to have whiffed on the puck.

Can't wait to hear the reffing excuses for us losing. Our PK freaking sucks, lol. Instead of blaming it on the player, how about we change up our dreadful passive PK.

Anyways, imo the turning point was the second period. I think Maurice should have called a time out after 10 minutes there to adjust/do anything.

Maurice matching CSW with McDavid line that entire game and getting smoked earns him the Clown award of the game.

PK was 3 for 3, technically.

I also struggle to reconcile that the turning point was in the 2nd period when the team came back to take the lead with under 6 minutes to go in the 3rd.

That hurts. Thought the team showed a lot of heart battling back when they likely had next to no legs.

Brossoit played well, wasn't at fault for the goals against.

Morrissey played his best game of the year. He was real good both ways tonight. DeMelo unfortunately wears the goat horns, poor coverage on the game tieing goal and took that needless last minute penalty.

Forbert and Pionk struggled against McDavid tonight. Forbert got chewed up and made poor decisions all game long. Pionk did what he could but is outmatched against that line.

Beau and Stanley were OK but got exposed badly when Moe wasn't able to shelter them

Top line got caved in tonight. Possibly the big minutes finally caught up to them as it didn't look like either had their legs.

Second line with another strong night. Ehelers was buzzing, Stastney has found his legs and Copp just keeps mucking.

Third line had their moments and could have have had some more goals.

Fourth line had a strong night. Harkins looks great and Gus had a nice debut. Lewis just works hard.

The team played hard and dug deep in a tough schedule. No real complaints with the effort tonight.

Somewhere nice
MC David and Drai are top 5 players.

They will beat most match up.

Then again Coach Mo likes to ride his top line best on best no matter who's in the next line.
That CSW will not win most night vs. Better top lines. Analytics should see that , ask Chevy :sarcasm:
Even if any other lines are playing better.

On to the next game.
Cant win all of them..

Well that stunk!

some strange Mo coaching once again, just poor enough to lose!

Someone tell a Schief this is regular season now!

Chevy’s senior signings from the NHL junk heap add nothing to the team!

Lewis and Perreault showed up to play. Scheif and Wheeler got owned. I mean if there was ever a game to look at coaching and that top line... It's this one.

It's gonna be over 22 minutes for Scheifele line and prob 16 for the Stastny line which was much better.

It stings a bit that the f**ing Oilers were able to just take that game back away from them. A contender can close out a game like that.

Absolutely gutted not to even get one point. #2 gave the game away, but I'm not going to be too harsh because I think he's still getting himself game shape after the extra long layoff. Congrats to him on his first(?) baby.
