Awful on so many fronts tonight...hard to figure where to start.

Surely some bad bounces, but for much of the game the team looked very similar to last year’s effortless Jets. And Brossoit looked like Comrie used to look when he’d start.

Still some ruffled feathers on this team?

I feel sorry for people who pay big bucks to watch pathetic efforts like that.

Boys seems a tad tired -
Not making excuses - Pen's were in the same boat.
But they had very little jump and the Pen's looked like they wanted this one pretty bad.

No point in chewin' up the players - it was an all around rough night for all of them
I'll be interesting to see if Laine plays top minutes next game - I'm going to assume this was simply a change to jump start number one and Laine is the easy choice when you consider the move has been tested already.

When our talent isn't skating, they are easy to beat.

The Jets best players for the most part were all pretty poor tonight. Couple that with a poor performance in net and you get an ugly result.

I expect we are in for a couple more of these nights this year.

Regroup for Tuesday. But Maurice needs to put players in the lineup that he can trust. It's blatantly obvious that Letestu and Bourque bring nothing.

True, no need to overreact.

However, I was surprised to not see Heinola and maybe some other guys on ice (Gustafsson, Niku?). B2B should be a good opportunity to play fresh guys.

You can go down the list of players that were just floating out there , Laine , Wheeler , Morrissey , Copp ect . The team sucked from the goalie on out . Hopefully they play pissed off next game .
