not really, leafs were a ass defensive team under carlyolo and horasuck. Most leafs wer bad last year. With Babs the whole team has benefited from good structure, kessel has been much better defensively this year for pens in the 3-4 games i have watched, he might not be producing greatly but he will, the pens are going to breakout soon.

No no, kessel has been poor in so many ways. He complitely screwed up Crosby's game and therefore kessel was to be moved to malkin's line. Kessel doesn't score or CAN*T play defense ever, because of his poor size and power. He is useless defensively. Grabner is better. Also a pk specialist grabner can be. Both are fast. Grabner might be faster.

Only way I can see anyone knocking Byufglien to the ice is by getting him with a hipcheck while he's on the move.
