I will never figure out whoever makes the jersey decisions. Wear black against dark navy shoulders and sleeves and vs LA wearing black and white when reds are the obvious contrast color. Then they wear red against other teams with white/red combos when black would contrast better.

Then they probably shouldn't have extended Kovy (who I've always liked btw), right? Especially considering there's no chance he wasn't worth at least a late 1st this deadline. Hence my endless bitching about Fitz constantly making contradictory decisions/moves. I think he's a legitimate moron.

They have 2 full NMCs and a 10 team trade with a huge contract at RD for THREE YEARS. Nemec and Casey can go kick rocks I guess. Can't wait to see the depressed value Fitz gets for 1 or both of them.

Hard to say. Nemec won't be happy about sitting another year in the AHL, so i anticipate he'll get moved. But they may give Casey another year in the minors to cook and then the year after next they feel good about Casey taking that role with the team and they trade Dougie then.

I would be surprised if Nemec is with the organization next season though.

I honestly thought last year’s team may have been worse defensively than that team.

Jon Gillies put up an .885% on an expected .905% that season. I think all the goalies (minus Schmid who hardly played) had expected save percentages above .900%. Last year nobody did.
