Remember how many seasons it’s took before a Jet got a hat trick after they moved to Winnipeg?

Vilardi didn't pot any goals but he did his part too. That line was on fire. The Scheifele - Connor show today. 1st line outstanding.
You'll come across a post soon where I said close to the same thing.Vilardi didn't pot any goals but he did his part too. That line was on fire.
I thought the minnesota game was cathartic, but this was something else.

Me figuring out there's a game on with 5 minutes to go in the 3rd...
That stick lift! *chef's kiss*Pionk also outstanding today.
I’m not negative nor do I hate the team.Good point. I feel I have been too much of a realist and still disappointed by the past 2 playoff performances. A great regular season is not much consolation when the team gets thumped in the playoffs.
Yup it's all about the playoffs with this team the regular season they are having is phenomenal but for this team the real season starts with the playoffs and what they can accomplish.I’m not negative nor do I hate the team.
They are having another great regular season, until they make noise in the playoffs it’s not wrong to say I’m reserved in my opinion of what defines success.
I didn’t see this pace coming
Based on the upbeat nature of this post, next time the Positivity Council meets, I will recommend that you're upgraded to "Tier 1.9-D"A truly fantastic win against one of the biggest prick franchises and fanbases in the league. Merry Christmas to everyone here, to your families. Good health and cheer for everyone. I'm gonna have some delicious Tikki Masala for dinner and bask in the glory that is beating the piece of shit Maple Leafs.
Even as a tier 2 fan.
Amen!As much as I love Bones as a human being, and I still kind of light up when I see his face pop up on the panel, I really don't think we can understate how much the infusion of new blood behind the bench (special teams coaches too) has helped. Rot in hell, Lauer-play. Long live best-in-the-league power play!
Agreed it will ultimately come down to the playoffs, but game in and game out this regular season this one hell of a fun team to follow. They are playing a real fun brand of hockey to watch.Yup it's all about the playoffs with this team the regular season they are having is phenomenal but for this team the real season starts with the playoffs and what they can accomplish.
Really happy with the recent play, but I don’t think anyone can consider us a favorite, when we cannot beat Vegas.> Started Christmas holidays today.
> went to watch the game and found my sofa and end-table filled to the brim with every creature comfort imaginable.
> Watch the entire Toronto Sports Network panel agree that Winnipeg should go farther than Toronto this year.
> Finish off a Jets clown-pounding of Toronto, 5-2
> Laugh at a bot account on formerly-known-as-Twitter who tried to mock me for being a Jets fan because they thought I meant the NFL one.
> Got a nice light buzz on while I listen to some post-game jams.
What a beautiful way to go into the break.
At some point, we're going to have to admit this team is a plurality favourite to win the cup.
Maybe another month at first overall and top quartile on the sports book tote boards will convince the world?
This was crucial, and keeping both on board will be crucial in keeping Connor on board which I think is a lock. And hopefully keeping Ehlers on board, which is less of a lock.Imagine where this team would be without Chevy getting Fefe and Helle on board.
...................and for the players to, you have to think they are having the time of their lives going to the rink day in day out.Agreed it will ultimately come down to the playoffs, but game in and game out this regular season this one hell of a fun team to follow. They are playing a real fun brand of hockey to watch.
The bolded is why I kind of wish this Christmas break wasn’t happening. We just have to hope the Jets pick up where they left off without skipping a beat. Two really well played games in a row.
That assist from Vilardi was a thing of beauty.
Pionk and Morrissey were fantastic tonight.
Everybody did their part and it led to a nice win.
Merry Christmas everyone!!
KFC is going nowhere I firmly believe that, Nik I'm not so sure and that will be a sad day for me.This was crucial, and keeping both on board will be crucial in keeping Connor on board which I think is a lock. And hopefully keeping Ehlers on board, which is less of a lock.
Took a peek at the Leafs' thread hoping to see the bitterness and gnashing of teeth that is anticipated from that fanbase when losing to the Jets. Was surprised to find out that this wasn't the case.
Very well said. I think there is a split among the fans. Those of us who are waiting for playoffs and those who are enjoying the regular season success. I thinkI’m not negative nor do I hate the team.
They are having another great regular season, until they make noise in the playoffs it’s not wrong to say I’m reserved in my opinion of what defines success.

No Jet fans saw this coming but what is funny a few media heads did said the Jets still have a good team because they only lost Dillion from last year and they did win over 50 games. Bruce Boudreau said it best ... Jets had a great team last year they just had one bad week.I’m not negative nor do I hate the team.

Christmas Spirit has infected Leafs Nation.
