One could make the argument that we're beating a dead horse here.

So be it. Discuss, if you so choose. We'll keep all the Swayman talk contained to this thread.

If you have nothing meaningful to contribute to the conversation, move along.

We will not have this devolve into thread hijacking and flaming of other posters.

@Gee Wally

We have numerous deletions and more in here. We know tension and emotions are high.
But you folks must simply stop taking personal shots at each. Stay to topic.

If not we will be left with no choice other than adding thread bans.

Glad this is over and the majority of the "spoiled generation" nonsense can stop.

Got a good deal in the long run I think.

Great news and the only guy who's bummed out today is Bussi. Had a solid camp and he will be Swayman's backup next season.

Now, find a way to get Tyler Johnson signed and get this damn season underway!

With that contract he’s fast tracking himself to be the next whipping boy around here. He’s going to have to play out of his mind or the fans will turn on him real quick.
true. Hopefully he has tough enough skin to deal with some comments that will be thrown his way....because there will be some.

Me, I will be the den mother as always and support all of my boys. (now that Maroon is no longer on the team)

I can't believe the B's signed such a mentally weak, greedy, Gen Zer who hasn't proven anything. Now picking them to finish 8th because they threw away the team culture....

or is everything cool now and we'll just forget what some people were saying as recently as yesterday?

I'm pretty happy Swayman is staying in Boston because I was afraid you guys were gonna steal Ullmark away from us. It's a great deal for both parties now I can put Boston in the top 3 of the division, have a great season boys I hope my Sens can make the playoffs this but if not I can always cheer for the Bruins.
