I wouldn't be upset if we had
Guhle - Barron
Struble - Harris
as two of our d pairings in Laval next year.

Gorton said in the twitch townhall that maybe Guhle will make the big club out of camp.
It sounded to me like the press conference when he was hired and said maybe I'll hire an agent as GM...
I definitely wouldn't be surprised if Gorton has him penciled in.

So like Harris, Hughes has a history with Struble, as Hughes has served as Jayden's advisor in the past.
I'd give Struble a chance to be the #1D for Northeastern and go with:I wouldn't be upset if we had

I doubt any rookie will be penciled in, but he'll be given every chance possible to make the team. He's looked great since he was drafted, so it makes sense to think he'll fit in well at camp.Gorton said in the twitch townhall that maybe Guhle will make the big club out of camp.

Don’t forget Norlinder, Fairbrother and Brook. That’s 7 young dmen, I don’t know how they give them all playing time unless they let Ouellet, Belpedio, Bisson, Dello all go…I'd give Struble a chance to be the #1D for Northeastern and go with:
Guhle - Barron
Xhekaj - Harris
Feel like Norlinder should be left in SHL, he's not really even a top guy there yet and from what I've read he doesn't want to play in AHL.Don’t forget Norlinder, Fairbrother and Brook. He's signed and he will be coming over. Gorton confirmed as much.Feel like Norlinder should be left in SHL, he's not really even a top guy there yet and from what I've read he doesn't want to play in AHL.
With all the prospects, feel like there will be less AHL vets signed. I'd keep one of Belpedio/Ouellet/Brook and let rest go.

I doubt they'd go into camp without replacing a few guys on defense, even if they're just 1-2 year contracts. This will be a very interesting off-season, that's for sure.I hope they have 7 NHL dmen at camp in case all the rookies aren't ready.
Will be interesting to see who they bring in, if they re-sign Wideman, amd if Petry find a taker. Right now our veteran depth chart is pretty thin:
Eddy Petry
Romanov Savard
Schuneman Wideman
Clague
Brunet mentioned in his article that if Struble turns pro, he will sign a PTO with Laval to finish the year there and sign his ELC that kicks in next year.
But Struble hasn't made up his mind yet.
which one is it gentlemen....cause both of you a quite credible, now I'm confused lolHe's signed and he will be coming over. Gorton confirmed as much.
You're quoting @WeThreeKings post about Norlinder, not Struble.which one is it gentlemen....cause both of you a quite credible, now I'm confused lol

Him and his agent see Harris, Guhle and possibly Barron as potential rookies next season; meaning he would have to go to Laval for sure. Aussi ben compléter son diplôme universitaire. @montreal saw him play a lot - is he really as ready as Harris?Let him go back. Frankly, he's not ready. I want him to be more assertive offensively. And there's even bigger chances that he signs with us due to his relation with Hughes. But even if he doesn't...I just don't believe it would be that big of a deal.....obviously depending of how he plays in the upcoming year.
We have no room for him. He needs the development. To me, it's the easiest decision ever.
