Hey guys, Bruins fan, just checking in to see how things are going.
I'll save you the time. Not well.
Hey guys, Bruins fan, just checking in to see how things are going.
man I've been away from any Leaf boards for a few years now, but 10 minutes on this gameday thread reminds me why I left in the first place. One small mistake and half of Eastern Canada (or at least its representatives on this board) goes crazy at their keyboards and has to let the world know about.
Chill!
It's 2-0, Scrivens is playing great and after all the complaining I read about how he he holds his glove he goes out and snags a hard shot for a great save. The first goal happened to bounce off someone's ass and the second goal was a clear missed call on the Gunnarson interference.
Hopefully the Leafs come storming out of the gate and kill it this period, if not for the sake of the game but also just to shut up all the haters a.k.a. diehard Leaf fans. Sorry for the rant, I just bleed blue and white and it kills me when our own fans spew more vitriol towards the Leafs than ottawa and hab fans combined.
Go Leafs Go.

This is why I sometimes hate coming to the GDTs.
He didn't salute the crowd!
"Attitude problems!"
"Bad work ethic!"
"un-coachable!"
"Hates Toronto!"
"Go back to Russia!"
the above ideas/sentiment is almost pathetic as the reactionary, illogical nature, of 3/4's of this thread.
So you want him re-signed next season with an increase in salary? I say ditch him at the deadline to a team that needs a player like him.I guess so.
I just can't see how you can be pissed at a guy for being lazy and undisciplined for taking 33 penalties in 166 games.
BTW, that's 1 penalty every 5 games.

Not only did he not salute the crowd but he always has this dumb look on his face with his mouth open
