Sanderson 2 assists in last 11 games
Giroux 1 assist in last 8 games
Greig 2 assists in last 11 games
Pinto 0 points in 3 games ( just came back from injury)

Norris 4 points in last games
Batherson 4 points last 8 games

We need the guys mentioned above to step up and start producing in November.

Here are the 3 that are leading our November point totals
Timmy 7 in 8
Brady 6 in 8
Chabot 6 in 8
Soon there will be decisions on players. Maybe not immediate transactions but decisions that will eventually turn into moves.

It's true, and it's crazy he doesn't have any even strength points.

Even by accident, he should have a few assists, just from transition.

He needs to be better.
He’s limited in transition. His skating is insane. It what do with it once he reaches the blue line. No clue

Such a competitor but you feel bad for where his stats and game are at right now.

You wonder if the amount of minutes played are getting to him, I don’t think he’s as physically tired as he is mentally from the battle level and he’s just not trusting g his game li,e he did early in the season, he seems to be just a touch slower in his decisi8n making and confidence

He’s not the biggest guy, not everyone can be at Scott Neibermeyer’s intensity level every shift, he looks tired or injured

Its inevitable. If this team can't at least come close to a playoff spot and be somewhat consistent this year . . the experiment has failed and the core needs to be shaken up.

Whatever piece will be taken out of the equation will be a piece we don't want to lose. Probably Tkachuk. But its either that or tear the whole thing down . .. again.

It's just not the right fit
It happens
A bit like in Nashville where they brought big UFAs and it's a disaster
Here they brought good scorers and good goalies who succeed elsewhere but the core here just doesn't mesh and they will have to tear it down imo
Not like they are waiting for couple of high high end prospects that are going to turn it around
We have nothing in the pipeline except for Yak

It's kind of weird, last year, Sanderson and Zub lead all D on the team in +/-, this year they have the worst, their usage hasn't changed they just haven't been good at all.

For all the complaints about this team being inconsistent or not being good enough, this pairing's decline explains a lot. If they are playing the way they did last year we are comfortably in a playoff spot right now imo.

I think Dorion really shit the bed by not surrounding the young stars with veteran leadership. Gotta get at players young to pick up those good habits and learn to not let things get to them.

Maybe the Tkachuks and Stutzles are just shaky mentally . . . but perhaps that losing culture has become so ingrained due to a lack of perspective from established players that it will be hard to lose with the whole group playing together.

I have no doubt that all these players will be excellent players at some point, some where, but you're right . . . the mix just doesn't work here. Or at least it seems. Maybe they win 5 in a row and shut us all up.

Just feels like history repeats itself with this group.

Ottawa doesn’t have a complete forward in the top 6, nobody we have has a 200 foot game comparable to an Alfie, Hossa, Toewes.

The only player who’s even tried the complete player suit on is Stutzle, and he only got to try it one for like 2 games, had to return it.

If Brady decides to be a 200 foot player, we’ll be a wagon. If he wants to play 1980s hockey, we aren’t going anywhere. It’s really that simple

Sanderson gotta be injured.

You don't go from skating end to end every second shift to never in a course of a week.

Or maybe Hamonic really is that demoralizing.

Sanderson was so good last night outside of his mistake. He actually said in his post-game interview he gets more into the game when you get a bunch of PPs and it helps him. Nice to see him have a big game, it makes us a lot more dangerous offensively.

He was moving a bit better than in previous games. Making some slick passes on the PP and breakouts as well.
