My take is that the PK success of Dvorak, Anderson, Evans and Armia has made Suzuki much fresher for offensive duties.Guess it all depends what a team needs and asks from from their group. Our guys have been excellent, no question.
I view the penalty kill as a team stat which combines forwards, defensemen and a goalie... not just bottom 6 forwards....but everyone has a difference of opinion.
To put the deal in context, Jordan Greenway is about the same age, has similar or weaker production and got $4M AAV as a winger!Evans deserves credit because he took less than he could have made as a UFA. Hughes deserves credit for standing his ground.
