Btw I love the way Laviolette deploys guys based on situations like tonight in the third. I love how he was riding the Panarin line the whole third period, I love Panarin slotting up and down to double shift with the first and third lines. The deployment does a good job of riding momentum and keeping the pressure up.

It’s night and day from Gallant last year just doing 1st line, 2nd line, 3rd line, 4th line, repeat.

Looking back at all the people over the summer wanting Jones in over Gus is hilarious in hindsight. How Gus is only making 800k is insane, I really wish we signed him for 2 years.
