Jesus christ that is terrible. Worst roster in the league with Eichel out, in my opinion. f***ing Rodrigues as a first line center, gotta feel for Buffalo fans. Is Skinner injured?

ERod is just placeholding for Eichel but yeah the forward group is trash.
We have 4 top-6 forwards, 2 of which are injured for the forseeable future (Skinner, Olofsson)
But the middle-6 forward group has been our weakness all season. It's crazy how bad it is.
Wow, on pace for 50 goals. Prior career high of 28. I’ll be interested to see what happens with his shooting percentage for both the rest of the season and beyond. He did have some room for improvement up until this year.

I was more just trying to illustrate the horrible depth up front here. But yea I agree, Jack has been too heavily relied upon by the organization and his line mates to create scoring chances. It gives management a false sense of security because he somewhat covers up the horrible lack of depth in the forward ranks.
But it also has made Jack a player that doesn’t trust and rely on his teammates to create themselves. Play without the puck in the offensive zone is something Jack needs to improve upon.
