I like to watch one thing at a time so I totally missed this game.

I think it's ok for this team to lose a few games here and there. Leafs are doing well, better than the eye test IMO.

But tonight? WJC was fun, so I don't really care about losing to the Kraken.

They keep banging their head against the wall with this Rielly-Brodie pairing. It's been the worst pairing this year by far but they keep trying to force it.

Put TJ Brodie on a pairing where he can actually be himself, him and Holl functioned great as a shutdown pair.

We had a few kids in our area with their 1st game bags, felt sorry for them.

I can't remember attending a worse game since Matthews was drafted, there were lots before he and Marner came along.
Left when the Seattle player took the puck to the face with maybe 6 minutes left. Earliest we have ever left, was home in Burlington on the couch watching Canada by 10.
Amazingly enough, someone yelled 2-0 Canada at one point but other than that we made it through the night avoiding the game. SBA made no reference to the game at all.

That McCann is a good player, glad I got to see him live.

If Murray is who you believe is your #1, then allow him to establish himself as the true #1. That means playing him more. Sammy is better than a backup so you do not want him only playing in B2B games, but Murray needs to be the "guy". Perhaps the Leafs are afraid he will suffer an injury if he plays more ??

Both goalies have played 15 games, they probably just need a rest.
Can you imagine the outcry if both goalies are reverting to their norm?

The Leafs should make the playoffs, so for the next two and half months they should be looking for opportunities to keep both goalies fresh and find some rest for Brodie, Tavares, and Gio.
