Until 3rd period they have had a very sub par series
I was told Marner, Matthews, and Nylander stink
Well, I woke up my whole house...again, and I hope it happens many more times
Think he is busy, he is taking it to OT and then will win it.Anyone get and update on buddy who was trying to decide whether to lay pipe or watch the game? Lol.
He's everything Islander fans assumed Horvat would be oopsHe is a god.
My mom.
I was so deflated, she goes we always win when I sit down with you. It was 4-1, she stayed up past her bedtime for goodluck and we f***ing won. So pumped right now.
Until 3rd period they have had a very sub par series
Quebec Habs fans are mostly okay. Toronto ones, not so much.Get lost in both languages
Seriously though
I Phuqqen hate hate hate the Habs
I have a confession for you brothaGot two confessions.
1. I had sex with my wife last night, and when the score was 4–1, I thought I jinxed the boys.
2. Got into a little discussions with pcruz in the game thread when AM began the come back, and continued with pcruz then AM scored again, trying to kept that discussion going in hopes of the come back and it worked.
There's no way they take him out, right? He's got the golden touch.
I wish your mom all the best.My mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer and I have been violently confronted with how not ready I am to lose my mom. Those moments are the best moments, and you never realize when you're in them.
To be fairQuebec Habs fans are mostly okay. Toronto ones, not so much.
Agree 100%. Kerfoot is a typical 3rd liner who can move up when needed. His lack of Hockey IQ is also his downfall too.Kerfoot isn't a heavy player, he's not skilled enough to be the playmaker with pure snipers, nor does he have a strong shot to be the shooter.
He's a tenacious water bug type player that's not afraid to go into the dirty areas, is quick in transitions, and good defensively.
His game style matches well with ROR and Acciari because they're bigger physical guys who are equally as smart and are able to create space with their physical play
It's the playoffs. They don't ask how, they ask how many. After the shock wearing off, I still am not the happiest with the win. The Leafs can't have these large gaps of utterly terrible hockey. It's one thing to lose but losing that terribly is no bueno.
Finding ways to win these kind of games is fantastic though. It creates a lot of confidence and momentum. I just really f***ing hope we don't get these terrible efforts for over half a game for awhile. The Leafs probably could use a defensive shake up because Holl and Giordano are struggling hard. Giordano almost gave up a goal with a turnover with 1 minute left in the 3rd, but the puck just went wide.
I'm very happy that Matthews came up big when needed. Samsonov was big when needed.
And I’m pulling it tonight ……Tampa pulled a Leafs; Leafs pulled a Bruins.
That's gotta be Phil Kessel in the areTnas jersey next to him. That guy is batshit crazy.
What’s his HFboards username ?
And don't forget samsonov save on our powerplay when it was 4-2 tampa and then moments later Matthew's scored to make it 4-3Samsonov massive save in OT against stammer don’t forget about that
Or Bunting takes a another 5 minute major and sinks his teamLafferty seemed to have a little more fire tonight but overall he's been the weakest forward statistically.
I'd probably lean on keeping the lineup that has been able to put out 3 straight wins, but I think you gain a big upgrade with Bunting over Lafferty.
I can't see it, Keefe has been playing him during the last few minutes of games, giving him time with Matthews ect.
He's got to be here to stay
