Alex Ovechkin peaked at 22 when he scored 65 goals.

Steven Stamkos had his best year at 22.

Austin Matthews, at age 26, is currently on pace for 71 goals. He's having his best season.

Ovechkin had seven 50 goal seasons after his 65 goal season, and would have had 8th if the shortened Covid season was a little longer.

Kreider didn't have his first 30+ goal season until he was 30.

Caufield is still really young. He'll be fine .

Yeah, MSL isn't a great coach at this point. He relies too much on vets when things go poorly like most coaches out there. It never works, but here we are.

Patrick Kane was definitely a super star. He was absolutely amazing in his prime. Toews was a star, and absolutely clutch. Then you had Hossa & Keith. There's a reason they won so many cups. They had really, really good players.
