They actually got a lot of pucks on net, and some really good chances. Necas can't seem to get his passes to hit Svech flat, though.

Islanders have done a masterful job of intercepting and/or interrupting the Canes passes, in all zones. They've anticipated very well and it's really given the Canes some fits. I'm interested to see if there are 3rd period adjustments.

Was delayed watching the start of the game and just caught up. Man Freddie might be starting to be a concern, he has not looked good at all his last few games. We're really sloppy. Gotta capitalize on that extended 5 on 3 with their best D man in the box. Still confident we pull this off in the third but not the best first couple periods.
