Ogre, this is my reply from the other thread about Orpik and Engelland:
Orpik has been more obviously bad because he sucks. He doesn't hit, makes dumb decisions with the puck, and seems to enjoy watching players stand in front of our goalies.
This is exactly why Bylsma is a joke of a coach.
Team has been bad at faceoffs, so he benches his best faceoff man in Vitale for a few games. (but hey, having Glass take the faceoff on the PK worked out pretty well).
Team has been God-awful at clearing the net, so he benches the one and only player capable and/or willing to do it. And he replaces him with a guy that can't clear his throat.
