I honestly think Roy should have pulled Varlamov with 30 seconds left. 5 on 3 in OT with possession. Better chance at winning then losing.
Man Wolf has been everything I had hoped for wish we had played him more last year but atleast we have him now
f*** the Calder, he’s coming for the Vézina

Oh shit. Yeah you may be right. Didn't the Wild win a couple with the goalie pulled last year? They changed that? You earned that point getting to overtime, you shouldn't lose it, that's a stupid rule in my opinion. You always use the best strategy to win the game, you shouldn't get penalized for using strategy. Ridiculous in my opinion.I think you don't get the point if you pull the goalie and get scored on in OT.

Says more about the division IMO, only 2 teams have a positive goal differential. We're tied with LA for 2nd in the Pacific, 1 point behind Vegas. Wow.
It was implemented when they started giving the loser point, to prevent teams from pulling their goalie because there would have been nothing to lose if teams pulled their goalies in OTApparently it's a super old rule from when there were ties. This rule was to prevent both teams from pulling the goalie avoid the tie.
I hope they change the rule. I also hope they make it so if any team pull the goalie in OT, it gets interesting for both teams.
