There’s plenty to be frustrated about if you watch Barzal play on a regular basis.

Alas, you don’t watch him much because “contact averse” has absolutely nothing to do with his style of play. does he like to skate in circles and stay on the perimeter? Unfortunately, yes. At the same time he has no problem going to the corner or behind the net and using his body.

Considering the amount of likes you got on your post, it really tells me that the the main section of these boards have a lot of opinions out there based on a few highlight reels or reputations of a particular player or team. As much as there are some crazy takes on the individual team boards, there’s a hell of a lot of better analysis going on there.

Back to the topic at hand: Lambert had to go. Frankly, anyone would be an upgrade and especially someone that can light a fire under these players.
