HaHaHaHaFlames had a back to back with an early start (2 pm ct). It’s not that surprising.

Not a chance in hell Ottawa scores 2 and only let in 4.Would probably still beat Ottawa 4-2
This team wouldn’t make it out of the first period playing any team from the 80s.Who would still bet on this Chicago Blackhawks roster to be an above .500 club playing a dozen games in the 70s and 80s?--of course, it goes without saying that no coach shall pull their goalie down by 3!
As a Sabres fan, I'm confident that lineup could beat us.
What?! But everyone talks about how seismically inferior players were in older eras, that they were all eating ropes of sausage and chugging beer while puffing on stogies! How can you possibly believe your average, even sub-par, hockey player today with all the modern advantages of nutrition and training wouldn’t crush the milk cartons of yesteryear!?This team wouldn’t make it out of the first period playing any team from the 80s.
I think some of the rosters from Washington in 1975, or Winnipeg in 1981 may be able to challenge this. But this Chicago example is certainly an NHL roster that would probably be a middling team in the the AHL. (Just a bit of exaggeration, but this is "wow" bad)
What would happen if they played their actual AHL team is the real questionIts an above average AHL team
Still good enough to beat Calgary
As pedantic as it may be, Tinordi was a distant third in ice time amongst Hawk D yesterday after Vlasic and Murphy.it took many years but I can finally say I was right that Tinordi would be a top pairing defenceman.

5-1 Chicago.
They play the best lineup ever put together in the New York Rangers next month. Guess that will be a 20-0 blowout.
