He was a -9 in the three games between Christmas and New Year's. I think he'll be back up before the season ends but they had to get him out of the lineup for his own good. We'll see on him... no longer waiver-exempt starting next year, so I think they'll re-sign him to some 1 or 2 year cheap deal and give him a real shot to make the roster next season (Hawks should still be really bad), but there's going to be push from Ethan Del Mastro in particular, I reckon.
I definitely get it, I'm just sad about it.
