Ullmark and either their mentality, or leadership have let them down.

I think they haven't won a game this season where they've allowed the first goal.

If Ullmark can figure it out, or the team can give up the first and battle back they could get some momentum/confidence and start riding that, but right now it's more something between the ears/there isn't a voice to get them going when they're down 1.

Brady may want out by the time his deal is up, in 4 years, if they are still spinning their wheels, but this is the first full season after a complete top to bottom overhaul of the entire management and coaching staff. Good pieces in the lineup but not a finished product. Lack of secondary scoring and poor defensive play from some forwards and some D. Goaltending isn’t there like they expected. Need to move some pieces in/out but will be tough with the money they’ve given to some of their players

Lol, I’m just saying…also Brady isn’t sticking around for another 4 yrs. The guy wants to be in the playoffs. It’s unfortunate this team hasn’t been able to put it together. So much talent on this team, it’s head scratching for sure. They brought in a top goalie, changed the d around, added some vets, but it’s the same results. I just don’t get it. Oh and also a new coach. Goes to show just cause you have lots of talent, doesn’t mean they can all play together.

I still think that the ownership group really hasn't understood what the underlying problems are, because they have been so single-mindedly focused on the new arena deal. Between that and Andlauer probably being a bit cash poor from the purchase, he hasn't had time to fully revamp the front office and development staff.

BT is signed for the foreseeable future and if wants to be in the playoffs then be a leader and drive your team.

We used to hear how Brady "drags his team into the fight"...bullshit! Get out there and win some f***ing games, show us you have the heart of a leader and enough with this feeling sorry with ourselves.
