Ullmark and either their mentality, or leadership have let them down.

I think they haven't won a game this season where they've allowed the first goal.

If Ullmark can figure it out, or the team can give up the first and battle back they could get some momentum/confidence and start riding that, but right now it's more something between the ears/there isn't a voice to get them going when they're down 1.

Lol, easy now, they're both still kids, Timmy especially. Brady may want out by the time his deal is up, in 4 years, if they are still spinning their wheels, but this is the first full season after a complete top to bottom overhaul of the entire management and coaching staff. Good pieces in the lineup but not a finished product. Lack of secondary scoring and poor defensive play from some forwards and some D. Goaltending isn’t there like they expected. Need to move some pieces in/out but will be tough with the money they’ve given to some of their players
