Pyyhtia explained it in one of the team's videos I think just last week, maybe a post game interview. I didn't fully follow what he was saying, something about Puna being his Finnish name (short form of Pyyhtia?) and guys in Cleveland just started calling him Tuna.
But he's not Spicy Tuna. That's a different guy.

Didn't know where to put this.

Does Bally actually broadcast the game or does it just stream them?

I was able to watch clearly on the Florida feed but the Jackets kept fading in and out?

Nothing crazy but

We’ll end with some good injury news. Seriously. Both Dmitri Voronkov and Cayden Lindstrom skated on their own on Saturday. Voronkov’s upper-body injury didn’t require surgery so his timeline to return is within the foreseeable future. As for Lindstrom, the Blue Jackets have been cautious with him. The fact he’s getting on the ice is a good sign things are progressing in the right direction. He will go to junior when he’s ready.

Yeah it was the pregame interviews for the Colorado game:

In Finland he'd be called "Pyne" (doesn't mean anything, sort of gibberish based on his lastname, like a lot of sports nicknames in Finland) but since that's hard to pronounce somebody came up with "Tuna" and it stuck. Not that interesting in the end but I like how giddy he got here, heh.
