Vazquez was at Cruz Azul (iirc) in Liga MX and not performing well before he came to Toronto. Very different situation than Dzemaili, who was the best player at Bologna, in Serie A.

That's way besides my point but using your analogy I would rather have a Vela 100% than a Dzemaili on loan. I'd rather have Villa on permanent than Dzemaili on loan. Get it? How would it look if Villa, Moralez were on loan from Man City to NYCFC?
NYCFC would look like a feeder club and fans would never tolerate it. They only had a single loan from Man city in the past 3 seasons. And it's Herrara, a big prospect.

Probably because IMFC's operations can't afford to buy-out Taider. Might also be that Bologna pleaded to keep his rights if he is ever sold to anyone else since they were the one who bought him in the first place. As always, the MLS rules are also shady when it comes to buying players. I know in some cases the league can help to pay a player's clause, but I believe it's in the case of a North American who plays in a top league and wants to come back home.

Like I said no one will buy Taider. He has no market value. And Wdym IMFC can't afford to buy out Taider? It's literaly having money in your left pocket to put it in your right pocket. I think he did have a raise speaking of which.
