Uh, marking up a product and then advertising that as "Extra Value" is clearly misleading advertising.

And btw, there are a group of people among those who consume fast food, for whom 41 cents (per combo) is not something to discount at all.

Articles about frivolous lawsuits are almost always corporate propaganda.
