- I would meet the coaches in a closed door meeting and tell them that this is not acceptable.
- D coverage is not working for 3 years, change it, fix it or Robidas will be fired
- MSL need to hold vets accountible and lack of effort will not be accepted
- Geez, I would bring Simoneau if they need to show proper work rate
- I would trade one vets to shake things a bit.

Dvorak is like that buddy you have at work that is a really likable dude but is an absolute waste of space, which is part of the charm. Generally those types bring up the morale around the place but are a net loss as a whole.

He can't be gone soon enough. Too bad his value is zero or less than that.

He definitely does not look like a likeable guy to me.

Why? Why is always going back to the coaching leftovers? Is there no other bright, good, french speaking candidated. And before anyone asks "who", i am not paid 5M+ a year to know.
Well in the post I quoted you said experienced coaches and I cannot think of any that would be available AND not a former Habs coach except Boucher. Maybe Vincent will be the next guy but I don't think he is ready yet.

Maybe there is some I am not thinking of and others can help out but I can't think of any.

No one cares
Get an experienced defenseman, a 5-10 point a year man that only cares about his side of the blueline, a guy that can comfortably play both sides and can be rotated between young partners that need his help.

Move one of the video review coaches behind the bench, those guys are paying attention to shit that happens.

Force Dvorak to do daily photo shoots for the team, he'll come around.

Tell Marty he isn't one of the bro's anymore and running laps up and down the stairs for the cameras and going about your day with a "Rudy" complex stapled to your back is not enough motivation for a group of kids that don't care.

Move Hutson to first wave pp status because Matheson wont be here when it matters.

Experiment with Arber Xhekaj as a forward, have him crush guys on the forecheck, it will help him get the aggression out.

Glad I could help.

Develop young D Xhekaj properly and if it becomes evident he isn't an NHL Dman then maybe you move him to forward. Way too early to assess that he isn't an NHL Dman. He hasn't been good but which Dman has?

It would rather have him play on the 4th line over a useless vet instead of sitting in the press box.

Make a big trade

We have rebuilt, now it's time to built.

The biggest problem on our defensive squad right now it's Hutson.
The squad isn't built to have him and we need to fix that ASAP cause he's worth building around his weakness.

We need another experience RHD with size and more defensively oriented.

Our defensive squad is all f***ed up.
Guhle should play Left
We need a partner that can keep up with Hutson with some size
Barron, Mailloux, Xhekaj, Struble are in and out of the line-up and none of them have the time needed in order to get it going.
Matheson and Savard are good Veterans, not saying they need to be traded, but there's a need for a better veteran on this team.

Nowhere land
I just want management to take the time to develop him and not single him out. The kid doesn't resemble the player of his rookie year.
If I am Arber I ask Hughes to send me to Laval.
Let's not forget he's very young. He could mature more and be a good addition to the team. I see him as a 4th line winger.

If we are content with allowing others to not have standards to abide by on the ice, it shouldn't be Arber that gets singled out, you know I am on the same page as you with this player. He clearly loves his teammates and will do anything for them but MSL isn't really a fan.

He was great in Laval and the coach there said he was a great player but for some reason he isn't doing well with MSL. I would hate to see him end up with another team a take off, he would be a menace to play against.

If he is chased out of town due to mismanagement many fans will stop watching this team.
