No, the answer is as others stated above: find ways to incrementally improve.

No!! No more tear down rebuilds. They still haven’t dug out from their first one and that was over a decade ago now! They need to continue to learn how to win and more losing seasons rebuilding doesn’t do that. This is really only the second season they even had winning expectations. We are still relatively early in this newest rebuild.

This team doesn’t need a tear down. They just need to add a couple key veteran players. I think even one good top 6 veteran forward could make a big difference, if it’s the right guy. They need someone that can help these younger guys in those clutch moments.
Something like the ROR trade again would be perfect IMO.
At worst, maybe they need to switch out a core guy or two for more a veteran player (or two) that can be part of the core.
