Kemper is at .898sv% right now so doubtfulI have no doubt it changes the Montreal series, and seeing as Campbell put up an 897 against Tampa probably that one too.

Feels like Kuemper has been Campbell-esque all playoffs. Big difference is the PPs theyve facedI have no doubt it changes the Montreal series, and seeing as Campbell put up an 897 against Tampa probably that one too.
Who knows maybe that one% makes the difference lolKemper is at .898sv% right now so doubtful

The New Jersey Devils need to find a solution in between the pipes. Could that come via free agency when it begins on July 13?thehockeywriters.com
Campbell will cost 3 x $5.563
Kuemper will cost more than $6
Im not sure any team will give him that term. Feels like a lot of teams are willing to pay, but only in that 2-3 year rangeInteresting. I suspect Campbell will be looking for more term than that. Likely closer to 4-6 years than 3.

Two years could be huge for a guy on the wrong side of 30. Kuemper. He would not be my first choice. You do realize there is less than 2 years between the 2 right?
Age is not a factor
An extra year or two might be what gets soup to sign. Don't have to yell you how we got Marleau to sign here.Eh, I don't put it passed at least one or two GMs to do something dumb in free agency.
Pass for me.Per this article:

I would target Campbell and pray he gives us a discount like Rielly did. Doesn't look like the Dubas plan though.
Devils are reportedly interested in Campbell, which probably means other teams are.I would target Campbell and pray he gives us a discount like Rielly did. Doesn't look like the Dubas plan though.
True. If that happened, it's insulting. That's not a discount, that's a mega-discount.I could see him doing so
But if the 2.75 and no communication stuff is true it seems like the relationship is probably at a point where that's not going to happen

agreed. Why should they give a discount just because the expensive 3 took all the MoneyJack needs to cash in. So does Mikheyev. Don't hold it against either one when they don't give the Leafs a discount. This is their life's work. It's now or never for both of them.

It has nothing to do with any other players. It's about their own earning capacity and their careers. They are both late bloomers with no time to waste.agreed. Why should they give a discount just because the expensive 3 took all the Money
Here here .. Jack wants a shot at a #1 gig long term with associated $$$ and this is his only shot at it .. Mik wants a shot at a top 6 role with associated $$$ too .. neither will fit into Leafs CAP situation .. much like Zach last year .. you spend your entire life to get to this spot and you must cash inJack needs to cash in. So does Mikheyev. Don't hold it against either one when they don't give the Leafs a discount. This is their life's work. It's now or never for both of them.
Scratch the LeafsOne dark horse option who should probably be getting more talk, however, is Marc-André Fleury. He’s going to land with a contender, and there are only so many of those with a need in net.
