For someone that has been paying that every goalie around the league the last what is it now, I think I'm in season 5? I see this all the time.

I see some sucky goalie getting a start and it looks safe to bet he's gonna have a hard time that night and bam, he gets a shutout or allows 1 goal on 37 shots.

And sometimes he'll go on a heater and other times it ends the very next game.

Montembeault had a tremendous start to this season, but the percentages have been evening out his last several starts. Regressing to the mean of what he really is.
