My guess is dubas will leave if the Leafs get bounced if the rumors of him being coveted are true

A new vision might enlighten us all that our season of STARS ON ICE is just that
Playoffs isn't as important or this core 4 would be a core 3 .....or core 4 with an elite defenseman besides O'Reilly
Far as Florida goes they beat BOSTON and that in itself should tell people coaching and balls out trades can help

To me they aren't down in the series because of the core, to me they are down in the series for 2 reasons.

1 Keefe isn't a great coach never has been.

2 Bob is standing on his head for Florida and the Leafs can't get a save.

Before you touch the core you need a coach with some credibility, maybe Peter Laviolette.

And you need a legitimate #1 Hellebyuck, Markstrom, Gibson etc.

I'd be hesitant to let Dubas leave ONLY because by all accunts, Matthews believes in Dubas and Matthews needs an extension.

Samsonov either needs to pull his ass and play like he did in the regular season or we need to get a consistent goalie in here.

And no, Woll is not an option he has 10 career games over 2 seasons
