Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Still more work to be done but I am intrigued by the new additions and the revamped supporting cast.
It’s a move away from solid defense and no personality, and a move to more loose play but more PITA personality.
I think we’ll see some entertainment this season but some big moments of frustration from poor D. That being said will the change in direction result in a better playoff performance? It might..

The New additions, I feel will make us harder to play against. That however is just one part of our problem. Regular season success is a given, with the talent we have. Because playoff hockey is a different beast, this team will again fall short. Florida, Tampa, Columbus, Boston, Montreal, all stifled our PP. Reminder people this is the same PP unit the past 5 years. The last time we had a good PP, Kadri was here. We also had success the couple times Kapanen filled in.
Every team in the playoffs save our Leafs roll out 5 skaters, that can actually skate. I don't care how many goals a player scores in the regular season, if he cannot skate he should not be on the PP come play off time. Could be we don't need a PP in the playoffs. With a brawnier team we just might pull it off playing even strength..
