The same as I have the last 50 years.
Just waiting for KB’s expert guidance now.
Just waiting for KB’s expert guidance now.

This team was like a teenager that you keep telling they need to study to get good grades and the teenager kept trying to game the system to do everything but study. I think this year it finally clicked for all of them when it comes to being determined to win. I use the last 3 games as an example. They could have mailed it in because everything was already set in stone...yet they still managed to win these 3 games whilst short handed and on the road. That bodes well for us unless the coaching staff screws up something like playing Knies too much because there is a chance he could pot a few goals. The problem with that thinking is what had us bring in Sandin against Montreal (for no reason that made sense) and he messed up game 5 all by himself. The play to win thing is fine...but the risk taking for little to no real gain is what worries me the most about these guys. We do a lot of high risk stuff from a D perspective that doesn't really result in points but adds a lot of risk. We don't need to play a "safe is death" type game...but we don't need a Dermott spinorama to lose overtimes either. If the leafs find a way to win round 1...it’s my opinion that the floodgates open. At this point, to me it’s mostly a mental block, if they breakthrough that mental aspect..I truly believe they will be VERY difficult to beat. There is lot of pent up frustration that I think is going to carry them in rounds thereafter. There is of course some luck and refs not screwing them over, but I think they’ll have a very good chance to win it all if they can breakthrough round 1.
Sorry to hear about all this kb.I can relate. And I am hoping you are well on your way to recovery. 11 cardioversions and one surgery.
I watch it delayed a little, it seems to help me out. lol
Go Leafs Go!
I hear ya. This warm weather has me thinking about bass, beer and bikinis. Side note I gotta do some bikini shopping as I may have put on a few pounds.I imagine I'll get a little excited on Tuesday.
Right now this weather has me fired up to do all kinds of things.
Love summer!
