Hypothetically, if Holland is fired, there isn’t much the new GM can do to fix this roster for at least a year. I’m not speaking about contracts, but how badly this club is managed. A new GM will have to build an analytics department, rebuild pro scouting, rebuild amateur scouting (we’ve gone backwards since Chiapet here) on top of dealing with salary cap. Holland has f’d this club hard
