Campbell makes all the saves he should make, makes saves he shouldn't make, and somehow manufactured two goals for Ottawa.

I just thought, maybe he felt bad and decided to give them goals so they didn’t feel left out, but realized the leafs didn’t have any goals and said “well sorry but I have to make it even” so it becomes 1-1 then 2-1 then he says “oh I feel bad” then he gives them 2-2

I'm happy we won, but more relieved. To lose when you played pretty well, because Jack misplayed 2 pucks would have been tough. Matthews showed how amazing he is even without goals.

besides to gaffes by Campbell he play solid. Even when the Leafs dominated the play the next shot never went in. Was calm in nets.

One guy I am starting to think doesn't have it is Dermott. He is starting to look like Jake Gardiner minus the offence. Just not a smart hockey player too many head fakes and other shit. Simplify your game. I won't be mad if they dealt up and got an upgrade.

Nice win but here’s my hot take - I don’t believe Matthews wrist is the problem. I believe they are overplaying him. He looks gassed out there. Does anyone else think that a slight reduction in minutes will help keep him fresh?

Also a big contributor jt and willys numbers. A lot of nights they play 5 minutes less

*Galchenyuk, I like him. If he can keep up this level of engagement, he's going to help the team.
*As good as Matthews play was to break up the Sens in OT, that play by Ottawa was dumb. Kudos to AM for sticking out the leg, but gawd awful play by the guy breaking out on the right side.

The sens are definitely a better team than their record dictates. They might have been a top 10 team in the east this year.

Not sure about that exactly, but they wouldn't be last in any other division.

Much better than Detroit, Buffalo, and Anaheim. Arguably better than San Jose and New Jersey right now too.

People think we have a weak division yet our worst team is arguably not even in the bottom 5 of the NHL.

No. His stamina is not the problem. It’s either his wrist, his head, or a combination of both.

The team has barely played these last 2 weeks plus he was out for a bit.
